Missing Pieces is a confronting contemporary drama about two married couples presented by DamShel Productions during the 2010 Adelaide Fringe and is also participating in the Youth Engagement Program (YEP).
Written and directed by Shelley Wall Missing Pieces exposes the frailties of two relationships and the secrets they share and hide from each other. The play explores sexual identity, society conformity, family responsibility vs. personal freedom, infidelity and addresses the emotionally provocative issues of domestic and sexual violence in Australia. The play premiered at the Tap Gallery, Sydney in October 2009.

Naomi Parszos as Jackie - a complex woman guarding a secret; Helen Stuart as Carla who struggles with the reality and responsibilities of marriage and family versus her own happiness; Steve Maresca as Brett the grounded family man with a dark side and Brett Heath (Underbelly Series 3) as Jed a charismatic character, driven to control those around him. |

Missing Pieces will play from 4- 8 March at Star Theatres – Theatre Two, 145 Sir Donald Bradman Drive, Hilton from 4-8 March at 7.00pm and 6-7 March at 1.30pm, Duration approximately two (2) hours with a fifteen (15) minute interval.

DamShel Productions is committed to producing new Australian plays that are edgy and prepared to push the boundaries of contemporary theatre. To assist the actors prepare for their roles Damshel organised a workshop with a psychologist who helped the actors deal with the confronting material.
